Your day begins with collection from your Barossa Valley accommodation in a late-model Honda. The vehicle’s spacious interior, individual leather captain’s chairs, and large viewing windows set the tone for a relaxed, scenic experience.

The morning unfolds through a series of private or small-group tastings at boutique and family-owned wineries. Expect a mix of premium wineries such as Hentley Farm, or Alkina, and smaller producers that suit your tastes. There is no fixed route or hurry, and each day is tailored to your interests and pace.

Midday brings a gourmet two or three-course lunch at one of the region’s leading restaurants or vineyard dining rooms. Expect generous local produce, and the chance to unwind and take in the view.

The afternoon allows time for another cellar door or a scenic stop among the rolling vines. Guests seeking a little extra indulgence may choose to include an optional helicopter flight over the Barossa landscape, a spectacular way to see the valley and vineyards from a new perspective.

Throughout the day, you will enjoy Charles’s relaxed hosting style, local stories, and door-to-door comfort. This is a day for conversation, fine wine, and the quiet luxury of having the valley to yourselves.

Pick up is available from anywhere within the Barossa Valley.

Out-of-region pickups, such as the Adelaide Hills, can be arranged for an additional fee.

The tour runs from approximately 9:45 am to 4:30 pm, allowing plenty of time to relax, enjoy your tastings, and linger over lunch. There is no rush, after all you are on holiday.
Additional winery visits, premium tasting experiences, or extended itineraries can be arranged upon request.
